It goes without saying that everything is beautifully and securely packaged to be safely delivered to its new home looking its very smartest and shiniest. Once an order is dispatched, we will also e-mail you (including details of how to track it if applicable).

Everything arrives beautifully gift wrapped in an I AM Stunning tissue paper inside an I AM Stunning box that is tied with our pretty ribbon. You may choose for us to hand write a gift message before checkout. Some SALE items will use plain brown packaging instead.

- FREE delivery to U.K. & Ireland on orders over £40 (avg. 2-5 working day service).
- Royal Mail UK / IRELAND Delivery £3.95 or more on all orders (allow avg. 3-7 working days for delivery).
- Royal Mail Signed For (2nd Class, UK ONLY) £4.90 (avg. 3-7 working days).

Republic of IRELAND DELIVERY

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & RETURNS (including EU)
This is pretty simple too. We use AnPOST, DHL and Royal Mail International offering a variety of tracked, reliable & insured delivery options on all International orders. International returns are the responsibility of the customer.
*All International deliveries - please allow 9 - 14 working days (subject to customs fee, restriction and delays)*
Rates based on maximum small parcel weight of 0.25 kg**
- DHL (EU) Deliveries 7-10 working days - £19.99
- DHL International (inc. USA) 7-10 working days - £35
- Royal Mail EU (with IRELAND) Tracked 3-5 working days, Fully Tracked £9.99
- Royal Mail International Worldwide (Tracked) 5 -7 working days, Fully Tracked £14.00
NOTE: Customers are responsible for all local customs and duty charges.
** Weight of 0.25kg would generally cover 2-4 jewellery items inc gift packaging.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To just like your I AM Stunning jewellery or handbags is not enough for us- we want you to LOVE it. So if you wish you’d chosen something different, we are always happy to exchange or offer a full refund* if requested within the 14 days from delivery (NB there are a few items we cannot refund or exchange including all on sale or under discount/clearance - see exceptions below).
*earrings & any items bought in sale are non-refundable including any item if used are no longer restock-able and can’t be resold. Unless the item delivered was faulty or defective.
please note: due to the hygiene and various skin conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange any item which might have been used or worn. However will asses each case on its merits and will assist all customers to ensure you get the best outcome at all times.
All you need to do is email returns@iamstunning.co.uk and we’ll send you a reference ID which you must add on your return postage label/parcel. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition together with details of your order to:

Note: All Returns postage is at the cost of the customer. Any item received without a Returns ID will be sent back to the customer.
Please ensure you include your order details within the parcel. We will let you know when we have received the item and when the refund has been made. We aim to process these within 7-14 working days of the item being returned.
We encourage customers to provide a reason for the return. We appreciate any feedback or hints as this can help us to improve our services.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will understand that some items are unfortunately exempt from the right to exchange, return or cancel- this is mainly because they cannot be resold. We can, however, ask our workshop to repair or alter your items for you for a minimal cost.
Exceptions include:
- Any custom made item e.g. with a custom diameter or any resized item.
- Earrings- due to hygiene reasons earrings can’t be returned or exchanged.
- All engraved items.
- item not received in a acceptable condition to allow re-stock and resell.
- items bought is/was on ‘sale’ or offered on a ‘discounted’ price.
- Handbags with label tags removed and not with original packaging.
RETURNS PERIOD
Our returns request period is 14 days from when you receive the goods. All items when a return is authorised must arrive at I AM Stunning offices within 14 days from this time - for the refund to be applicable.
Our International returns period is 21 days from when you receive the goods. All items must arrive with us within this time. Please make sure you get proof of postage and we recommend insuring your item as International returns are your responsibility.
